During the last sitting week I made mention of an extremely well-attended Biggest Afternoon Tea held at Portarlington on 3l May to raise money for cancer research. At the time we believed the amount raised was of the order of $11 000, but I can now inform the house that the final amount raised was over $13 000. Again, I thank all involved in the lead-up to the event, including the tea-cosy makers and the volunteers on the day.
