Students at Grovedale Primary School and Grovedale West Primary School are a step closer to the facilities they deserve, with 3iD Studios Pty Ltd appointed to design over $300,000 of upgrades at the schools.
Gayle Tierney MP, local member for Western Victoria, said the $311,000 upgrades include repairs and upgrades to a number of areas in each school, including pavements, lighting, fencing, flooring and electrical upgrades.
The Andrews Labor Government is building the Education State so that every Victorian student gets the opportunity for a great education and every community has school facilities that are well presented and maintained.
There are now 42 new government schools and hundreds of school upgrades in the construction pipeline following the Labor Government’s record $1.8 billion investment in school infrastructure.
This school building boom will create 4000 construction jobs and ensure all Victorian families have access to a great school no matter where they live.
